Issue with BF4 Premium redeem code not being sent

I purchased BF4 premium (Already had the BF4 game) on origin and did not receive an e-mail conformation. After getting on the EA site, it said my e-mail needed to be verified and pulled up the origin webpage. Got my e-mail address verified now - can I get the e-mail conformation sent again to redeem my premium battle code?

Hi,

when ordering on Origin, the code is linked

to your account.

Right click on BF4 in your Origin client and

choose "show game details". Scroll down to

expansions. If Premium was unlocked, it

shoud not be greyed out.

Insmithereens is 100% correct, when you make a purchase via origin no code is sent, the game or DLC is automatically added to your origin account as an entitlement so the next time that you play BF4 you will have all of the Premium entitlements.

I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time (call back feature available to North America only).
