Issue downloading DLC after reinstalling BF4 [ Edited ]

My computer crashed a few weeks ago, and I have just built a new one. After installing BF4, the DLC began to download, but my computer restarted, and so the DLC did not download.

My issue is that I cannot figure out how to download the DLC. When I find them on the origin program, it doesn't give me the option to download them. Second Assault just finished downloading today, but I have no idea why or how that happened. All the other expansions are not installed, and so I cannot play on certain servers. 

I have tried right clicking on BF4 and hitting update, but it tells me that the game is up to date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am probably just looking in the wrong spot.

Hey This solution worked. After reinstalling Origin, the downloads began to download. Thank you very much.
