In Game BF4

When I start BF4  the page loads fine. I have downloaded the browser pluggin and states he browser is up to date. It also states below it there is a game update avvailable.  I click the update box and then states, "aiting for you to finish the installation".  nothing ourrs and I do not see anyway to finish the installation.

shat do I need to do to fix this problem.  was ocurring in IE 11.0v but now is doing the same thing in Google Chrome.
