[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

I just had a problem with the Indirect fire as the support class spawn in freeze thing. I play the PS3. Thanks a lot for your help but please try to fix that. I love the support class.

I have a super slim ps3 , game freezes then crashes when I deploy into any game , my character can't even take one step till this happens , this has happen ever since I switched to support and changed my specialty to indirect , this has been going on since November 1st 2013, I have 2 super slims and this is the only game it's happens to me on.

I followed the step by step directions and it still freezes.

Game has become more stablr as far as freezing during game. Still doing it at loading round splash screen. Still spawning without weapons. Noticed in the load out screen, when I try to change classes or wepaons the preview characer won't load and if i spawn I don't have weapons. And players are invisible.

PS3 slim 160 GB

It freezes when i spawn in any map and all team death match ,conquest ,rush

I tried doing this for my xbox and it still freezes. WTH is going on???

2. Its freezing during the loading process.

5. I tried doing the "solutions" at the top of the thread and it still freezes. It worked fine when I played it the day before...but it did freeze about three times and then started to work.

1. What were you doing before the game froze?   loading it from the PS3 menu
   
2. Where is it freezing?   Just at the first loading screen with the flashing white curser
   
3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have      1st generation
4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze   didn't get that far....can't even play the damn thing
   
5. Do you have any additional information for us   I have a feeling you guys are going to be receiving a ton of copeis for refund!!!!!!

1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just joined server, in the middle of the match)
-----End of a Conquest, Shaghai, Hardcore match.
2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy)
-----Just after "Your team win/lost" cutscene. It does not then go to the points screen. Crashes entire system! Can't even shut it down/quit correctly!
3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation)
-----1st Gen PS3.
4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze
-----Engineer, but this happened to me with other classes.
5. Do you have any additional information for us?
-----This never happend on my brother's Slim PS3 that I was playing earlier today!

I will try and follow the delete/data steps and see what happens......"


I've followed the step-by-step PS3 fix TWICE and the game continues to corrupt my system. The first try crashed while trying to enter the server. And now it is stuck on the 'Installing game data' screen @ 23%!

I haven't had any problems with my system in 5 YEARS until now! And that includes BC, BC2, BC2Vietnam, BF1943 and BF3 among many other EA games.

It appears you're trying, but this is unacceptable.

Although I should ask for a refund, I want an exchange for a new disc and try once more, so please advise how to do so.
