I just redeemed a code for a game and It hasnt appeared in my origin account

I just bought a code from the G2A Website and i redeemed the code. It said the code was fine and i redeemed it, but it hasnt been added to my account... What should i do?

Was it a problem if i used the code before i activated my email?

Usually, you should get your game immediately on your "My Games" library after you got the message that you game got successfully activated. What do you exactly mean with your e-mail activation and where did you bought this code?

I'm having the same issue. I bought battlefield hardline. When i tried to do the redeem code nothing appeared in my games library, so i tried to redeem it a secodn time and it said it was in use. I dont know what to do because the FAQ page was of no help.
