I go banned in battlefield 4 for hacking and i did not

Hi EA, i really need help i just bought battlefield 4 and i got banned from multi player servers for hacking which i did not, i just started playing, its really pissing me off i really do like battlefield so please help me. I tried appeling for an unban but it did not work, so EA pls help me

Nothing can be done if your appeal wasn't accepted after you mailed accountdisputes@ea.com (that aside, did you get a reply saying that it won't be lifted or they just didn't reply? In the latter case you need to give them a bit of time).That aside, AHQ is not the place where a ban can be lifted anyway.

By the way, if it wasn't an EA ban, but Punkbuster/Fairfight/GGC-Stream, you must appeal to them, not EA Support (as it can't do anything):
