I cannot under any circumstances load Guilin Peaks

On my desktop I have not been able to load Guilin Peaks map from the China rising DLC, it gets stuck on the black loading screen with the white flashing underscore in the corner. It stays that way until the server is done with the map and then it loads the next map in the rotation. I have tried different drivers, reinstalling the game, checking punkbuster, and everything else. This issue does not happen in any other maps and is not limited by game mode. 

My hardware is as follows:

i7 4770k

GTX 780

16 GB 2400mhz DDR3

120gb SSD (dedicated to origin games)

Windows 8.1

I would love to get a solution to this problem as I've essentially missed out on 1/4th of this DLC in its entirety.

Hallo have got the solution for the bug? I been getting the same issue since I become the Premium member.

Now I wish I haven't.

Because its a game no will sue the company or something. So EA and there incompetent staff is warming there bumps on the money we have gave.

Till date no reply from any Members of the Support team even after raising tickets on origin. Do I really need to go to consumer forum for this problem?
