I can't join BF 4 Servers

I can't join BF 4 servers, it says cannot join server, error code 1. I've reinstalled the game, updated everything, adjusted graphics, tried multiple modes, tried repairing the game in Origin, disabling my firewall. Nothing has worked, this has been weeks now, getting ridiculous.
