I can't download BF 4 DLC's

Hi, i have BF4 Premium but i can't download DLC packs. When i click download DLC's, it won't start downloading. I searched and read some topics about same issues. I deleted and reinstalled origin etc. But they didnt work for me. Please help me. Thanks

Did you try to clear Origin cache also? @BatuField

Hi all, i have EA PLAY membership so i have BF4 premium edition too. I downloaded BF4 but i can't download some DLCs. When i check store in BF4, it seems as i already owned all DLCs (check ss2). But in origin, i can't download them because it says that i need to buy them again (check ss1). I don't want to repay something I've already bought. Please help me.

I saw a comment about same issue, someone said that if i try to download DLC packs via EA Desktop app, it will download. So i tried this way and it worked for me. I mean, its not about origin cache. Its about origin itself. But, i still can't download some DLCs.
