I bought the wrong product

I recently bought Battlefield 4 Premium Edition from the Gamestop online store. After the purchase, I realized I bought it for PC when I meant to buy it for Xbox One. I do not own a PC that is capable of playing the game, and I want to exchange the code. I talked to Gamestop, EA (Twice), and Microsoft, but they all told me to contact another company. I spent a lot of money on a game I can not play. Can anyone help?
