How to check violation number of punkbuster??

I just played on that morning like a normal day and when I played again in afternoon then I was kicked by PB. I checked on battlelog and see this. I wanted to know why I was banned but I couldn't find where the violation number was. Please help me.

Administrator of this server permanently banned you, so only administrator can tell you a reason why you were banned. Probably you broke some server rule. Usually, all information like contact information, rules and so on are located under description of the server.

@IIPrest0nII I wrote a ticket for Evenbalance. But back to the question, how to check violation number? I googled it still couldn't find anything.
