How to become unbanned on battlelog ?

Hello was just writing to see if it was possible to become unbanned from battlelog? I have a year ban for swearing I think and it's already been approx 6 months. Was just hoping to be able to post and comment on the forums once again; cheers stinky_pole

EA Answer HQ cannot do anything about bans, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban
