How do i get a refund?

I pre purchased BF4 and have been playing the beta since it came out, but it's not what I expected. After all the cheating on BF3 I hoped you would get this sorted, but obviously not. This release seems already to have been hacked and I dont wish to waste my money on this game, your security is poor.

I really like some of the new ideas implemented into the game play, but these are spoilt when you face endless amounts of hackers. Therefor I would like to be refunded asap
