How about someone from EA answering questions in the forums?

As far as I can tell, this almost never happens.  There are hundreds of people complaining about the inability save their campaign progress in the BF4 forum.  People seem to be mostly upset that EA doesn't even acknowledge the issue.  A simple "We know about the problem, and we are working on it" would go a long way.
