★★★ Newbie

I'm trying to play bf4 that i just bought on my steam account, but my steam account is alredy connected to an EA account that I don't have access to. Is there a way to unlink that account?

Hi @machadooo27

I'm not sure unlinking would be the best available option. When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over. If you've played EA games from Steam before then you'd lost that progress. Please see these EA Help guides for more about unlinking and Steam:

Before opting for that, our support team could try to help you recover access to your EA account. Please get in touch with our support team for help on this one. This guide will share more on how to reach with the support team:

When I launch BF4 from Steam I get an error, and when I try to link my EA account to my Steam, it says that my Steam account is alredy connected to another EA account, but i don't have access to that account
