Having issues with joining matches

Good evening,

Can anyone assist me on how to fix my issue with joining any type of game modes. I have a PS4 and whenever I try to do a quick match; it joins, but then it goes to a black screen. After about 20 seconds in tells me " the connection has been lost to source". I have already opened the ports recommended by EA, but still no luck. Can anyone assist me?
