I have the same issue.  Do I just Google EA or who did you contact?  I doubt you'll even see this.

Hi @Reaction39 I'm going to have to close this thread as it hasn't been active since 2018. You are welcome to start your own thread about this topic, though. However, it might be worth bear in mind that you will need to promote your server yourself and it might simply be that nobody joins.
