Gold Packs XP Boost Problem

Hi, my Deluxe Edition of BF4 came with a redeem code which gave me 3 gold packs. I got the items from packs but the XP boosts didn't work
Please help me. Thanks in advance. Kind regards.

PS.

- I am also BF3 Premium user, the worst change in BF4 is helicopter and other vehicle controls which you throttle with stick, trigger were far better for throttle and brake.

- And the other worst thing is the spot menu for commands when you press L2. It sometimes stay on screen or your man makes a hand move which cause you kill because it takes time and you can't shoot. Rest is fine.
