Game randomly crashing

I have been getting random crashed through the game in multiplayer. The screen will freeze and the audio will stutter/repeat. I am forced to Alt+Control+Delete and ending the process. It seems to happen at random times. 

I have all my drivers and programs up to date.

My specs:

Intel I5 3570 at 4.2ghz

EVGA 660SC

16GB RAM

Manually update your punkbuster, it fixed this particular issue for me.
