Game crashing during commander mode.

For the most part, my bf4 experience has been fine up to this point. Recently I started playing commander mode, and in every single match I play, at some random point, the game freezes up, and an error box pops up with "DirectX Error" - DirectX Function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.

I have no idea how to approach this issue ><  Any help would be great.
