Free DLC and Shortcut packs

Just downloaded BF4 again just to play again, and In the store it says owned on a lot of the shortcut packs, weapon packs and things that would help me as a newbie again in this game (xb1 now not PS4) but I haven’t got any of the weapons in question unlocked or any of the map packs downloaded even though it says “owned” how can I access these maps I own?

@EnglishDon44 Have you downloaded and installed the packs from the Xbox store?

It might also help if you post a screenshot of your BF4 files from the Xbox manage games menu, as that way people can see what you have installed.
