Hey there! Do you have the expansion packs downloaded to your system? Right-click on the game in your Origin client's games library and select View Game Details>Extra Content.
Click on Origin at the top of your Origin client and select Order History. Even if they were claimed for free they should still show up there. Do you see them?
If not, it's likely you are logged into a different account.

On which platform are you playing BF4? If on PC are you launching BF4 from Battlelog or from the In game UI?
