Formal Complaint and Refund

I would like to know the process for contacting EA and filling a formal complaint as well as request a refrund for Battlefield 4. I purchased the game about 2 weeks ago and have been able to play a handful of times due to server issues. I have not been able to connect / join any games the past 3-4 days. I feel that I paid for a product I simply am not able to use. I feel EA/DICE need to be held responsible and take accountability for their poor product.

For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you all so see this page here and see if you have the requirements to ask for a refund https://www.origin.com/en-ie/great-game-guarantee-terms
