Fix:
1. start origin.
2. right click bf4.
3. click properties.
4. make the game run in x86 mode. - not 64bit.
5. start bf4, join server. Game should run with high fps - no more dropping to 3 or 4 fps every 5 seconds.
Seemingly, the 64bit version, is broken. Memory leak.
- This could be a random chance type thing, so I will repost again shortly - to confirm, or similar.

Yup, this works. No more lag.
Tested on a 32 man server with fully destructed map - lowest fps drop was @ 51 fps, from 70 fps during a multiple explosion of a building.
gtx560 - nvidia - running on ultra settings(low occlusion)(medium/high post processing) @ 1920 x 1080p - with 70fps+
intel i7 2600k.
windows 7 home premium.
4gb ram.

3 map changes later, the frame dopping has returned.
My computer usage is back at 95% or similar, and so is my ram....
I exited the game, and went to a different server.
Lag still persists.
I will now restart the pc - and try again.

~ It worked for a little while though

After a restart - the game runs fine with no lag once again.
- I have a feeling that after 3 or so map changes, the fps drops will come back.
So - to sum it up - running the game in x86 mode - is more stable - but still very bad.
