I have been getting this error all day. There is nothing wrong with my connection and it has been fully tested on my ps3 as well as all my other devices that work perfectly. How do I get a full refund is all I want to know. I would like to speak with a real person about this issue. There is no information beside log in and out of origin which doesn't work. I paid for the premium access and can't even play.
