FPS issues and Game freezing then crashing

I am having FPS issues even though i am meeting the requirements for BF4. I am playing the game on high settings. In BF3 i had 75+ frames on high settings but in BF4 im getting 25, and it is supposed to be very well optimized. I have updated to the latest AMD drivers. 5 mins into the game and BF4 freezes then crashes, anyone know how to fix it?
