I'm using VSync and play on High. But graphics setting and resolution don't change anything.

I tried core unparking etc. nothing helps !

Hi Fala6,
you could try to disable Origin in-game and see if makes any difference. (Go to Origin > Application Settings in the top left)
I would also like to point out that the latest nVidia driver are causing stutter. Roll back to the previous one.
Edit: Do you have any programs running in the backround? Like MSI Afterburner, Game Booster, Raptr etc...Close them cause some have said that they don't play well with Battlefield 4

tbh bulldozer amd cpu's are not good anymore(never were actually) howm is ur gpu usage? if it cant get to like 95-100 ur cpu is bottlenecking.

just see how many complaints have this site
more personnel EA insisted on attributing the problem to our computers.
