Extremely ridiculous performance issues

When Battlefield 4 was free for a week, i was playing it with my r7-260x and my fx-6300, on High settings with always plus 60fps, but recently i bought the game and i have to play on low settings to have the same performance, this only happens in battlefield 4. im also having cpu spikes often, that are very unpleasant.
