Emblem Not Showing Up Ingame

Hi, I've tried numerous solutions seen before on the forum (repair game, using a different browser, even my phone, clearing the cache, leaving and rejoining platoon, using battlelog,), but no matter what, all I get is the default nation flag placeholder rather than my emblem. I can see it's equipped on the careers page of the website, but it does not show up behind the soldier portrait ingame, or on any guns, or anyone I kill. It's been like this for weeks, there's got to be some way to fix it by now!
