Hi EA Joker

So what you are saying is basically going to overwrite my cloud save which has many hours of gametime and I will lose it correct?

You do realise this method will lose everything and I have to start from scratch which I am trying to avoid.

Is there no other way around this?

The purpose is to recover my cloud save and how the heck did it get corrupted?

This should not happen as I saved correctly last time.

Very simple fix:

1. Press windows key
2. Type 'cmd'
3. Open cmd as admin
4. type in the command prompt: ipconfig /release
5. After your IP adress is released type: ipconfig /renew
6. Give it a moment to obtain the IP address
7. All good to go! (Hopefully this helped!)

This is for an older version of origin and the newer origin version does not have an account information tab. Can you please update this to be regulated with the newest version of origin?
