Hello all,

I have one game in my account, BF4 Premium, and I play the game via GeForce Now application. I am a rookie and do not know how to explain the issue correctly so forgive me.

First I log in Geforce Now and press play BF 4 game from EA App and then application tell me fullfill the EA account credientials, I do it and play the game, the process was usual.

However, after I quitted session and tried to start new session after a while, and the problem occured as you can see from the screenshot I uploaded. Then I connect EA live chat, they confirm I am the owner of the account, sent me a link to reset my password and I did it and advisor told me wait at least 3 to 5 hours, OK, I WAITED 5 HOURS, then I was able to start my new session withour any problem, but again I quitted session and after a while I tried to start a new session, some kind of same issue appears that EA app direct me a reset password, OK, I RESETTED MY PASSWORD AND WAITED UNTILL NEXT MORNING, then my log in was succesfull, again I quited the session and after a while I tried to start a new session and BOOOOMMMMM look at the screenshot I uploaded that the same issue appears.

I have only BF4 Premium game on my account, my connected mail account never changed, I never shared my credientils with someone, I use always the same computer, NO SPAMMING or NO MISUSING..

CAN SOMEONE SOLVE MY ISSUE??

THANK YOU

@dabancalirambo Have you tried running the game directly from the EA app? I'm not familiar with GeForce now but it sounds like a login problem between the GeForce streaming service and the EA app.

I do know however that if you don't logout of your EA app account and then try to relaunch the game you will get an error which talks about another computer (I think) still being logged in. Usually in that situation if you can't see a device logged into your account the only solution is to do a restart and try again.

I believe the GeForce now app is a streaming app correct? . If the game is installed locally on the PC you want to play the game on, try just running it locally using ONLY the EA app. When you leave the game and shut the app it should logout from your account so you can login again later and carry on playing the game without all these issues.

I can't be sure what I've said is particularly relevant but from what you typed it seems like an authentication issue (as it does with the screenshot).

I hope that helps and apologies if it doesn't.

Cheers.

Zac. :D
