Do i have access to Battlefield 4 beta?

when i checked the FAQ about if i have access to the Battlefield 4 beta or not, it said that if i have a Battlefield 3 premium membership then i will be granted the beta access. But i have the premium membership for PS3 can i still get the beta access but for PC?

dude, i wouldnt get your hopes up it seems odd 3 of my friends on pc have the beta access yet i dont we all have premium of bf3 and we have had it since it was available to pre order in the first place...
