Did not receive beta dog tags! (Contacted support)

Back in 2013 i player the Battlefield 4 beta. And i bought the game right after.

I had to remove the game from my PS4 to get more space.

Now i have been studying for 3 years, and i finally have time to play Battlefield 4 again.

But when i check the dog tags it seems like i did not receive any of the beta dog tags.

I contacted support and they said that specialist here on forum could help me unlock it.

I have played Battlefield since BF Vietnam, and after Battlefield 3 i have become a Dog Tag hunter.

So plese help me out on this since ive played the beta and did not receive the beta dog tags. And i know its a while ago, but i havent been able to play this game before now!

 It means something to me.

No this is a community run (ie gamer helping gamer) technical self help site, nobody here has access to your account to unlock the Beta tags which you should have received when the game was in Beta during BF3. Your only option is to go back to support but they  may not be able to unlock them since it is several years after the event.
