Controller Settings for XBox One [ Edited ]

Someone, PLEASE HELP ME , I don't know if anyone else has this problem but whenever I'm playing Multiplayer and I press X to reload my gun discharges.

Now this wouldn't be a problem in Campaign Mode but in Multiplayer when your gun goes off as we all know it gives away your location.

I can't find where I can change this to stop it from happenning.

This doesn't happen when I'm playing BF4 on Xbox360 Multiplayer. It only happens on Xbox One.

Can someone please help as it's destroying my Multiplayer experience .
