Cant use active soldier

My rank 107 soldier is set as active.  My rank 30 is set as inactive.  Only the inactive one shows up on xbox one.  Cleared cache andmac address and persistent data.  6 hours of chat support.  Still cant use my active rank 107 soldier

@schmellyXX one is on Xbox 360 and the other on is Xbox One, I assume you are looking at the Xbox One?
