Cant use DMRs but I have them unlocked in battlelog and progression

I have all the DMRs unlocked in soldier screen and on battlelog but once I get into a game, only the first three are available to use. If I change my loadout to include any DMR in battlelog and then go into a game, the primary weapon reverts back to the last non DMR that was in that slot. What can be done to fix this?

@Stoneman_02 Did you re-download the shortcut after restoring purchases? The shortcut must be downloaded on your console in order for it to work.

@Stoneman_02 On which platform are you playing and did you unlock DMRs with a shortcut or via gameplay?

I play on ps4. I unlocked them via shortcut but restoring purchases did not change anything either.
