Cancel Pre-Order BF4 Premium

Hi, I have pre-ordered the BF4 premium bundle for $59.99 via PayPal, but I don't have vanilla BF4. I need to cancel my pre-order but it is not showing in my transactions or anywhere on my account. The payment has been made, I have a confirmation email, but have been unable to reverse this transaction. Can someone please help me cancel my order. Thanks!
