Can you transfer your bf4 soldier to different consoles or devices.

My friends are getting bf4 on Xbox 360 and on PC is there a way to transfer the soldier or could you please make one. I would like to have my stats on my soldier for each device because I have premium on my Xbox soldier.

You are not able to transfer the stats from different devices except of upgrading from old to the new generation of consoles. Please keep in mind that this transfer options are only available from Xbox360 to XboxOne and PS3 to PS4.
