Can't unlock M249 in bf4

I cannot unlock the m249 in bf4. It has been a month since I beat the assignment, and it show up done in-game. I've replayed the last mission about 50 times. I have tried everything. I know the mg4 is almost the same, but I like the m249. It is my favorite LMG in bf4. Thank you for your help. :D

Hello @Jesse28456,

At the end of the Campaign, you will be given three choices (= three different endings): sacrifice Irish, sacrifice Hannah or let the U.S.S. Valkyrie be destroyed. Give the C4 to Irish and detonate the explosives when the light turns green to complete this assignment.

I know, I did give it to Irish. About 20 times, actually; unfortunately. Thank you for helping me.

Oh, and the problem is that battlelog won't update to show I beat the assignment. Final duty shows up ingame as complete. I know some people had to wait a hour or so, but I have waited more than a month.
