Can´t sign up for Battlefield Insider

Hi

I´m been trying to sign up for Battlefield Insider but won´t let me. First it says "Unfortunately, a failure occurred. Please try again." Then I wait some time and try again, this it succes but not really, after that I leave the page and when I come back it want me to sign up again. Hope that you can help me.

This is Answer HQ, the player community website.  We have nothing to do with running the BF 1 eligibility screens.  You need the Battlelog forums, not us.

@DarkiTM While Gorath is right that we can't directly assist, we do want to know about issues so we can pass them on.

Testing now, the insider site is working fine for me, can you let us know if you're still seeing the issue? We did see a small number of similar posts to yours but these seem to have dried so, so I assume it was just a server load/hug of death issue.

However if you're still having problems that's worth noting.

I still have the problem it keeps saying "Unfortunately, a failure occurred. Please try again." Hope that you can help, I really want to play the Battlefield 1 Beta

I have found a solution to this issue, Simply disable AdBlocker.

To anyone still having an issue, you MUST BE OF 18 YEARS OF AGE ON YOUR ORIGIN ACCOUNT TO REGISTER so if your age is not of 18, :

1.) Go into Origin
2.) Click on your username at the top right
3.) Click "edit my profile" (its a button under your profile picture)
4.) Then select Edit in the "Basic information" area
5.) Enter your shtuff (security question)
6.) And then simply edit your birth date to make you of 18 years of age
7.) Finally, try to register again.
8.) YOUR DONE!
9.) Tell me if it worked :3
