Can't purchase free BF4 Legacy Operation on Premium account

hello all,

i have bf4 premium account and since i wanted to have dragon valley map which is on legacy operation dlc but when i enter my credit card data, i get message that it cannot process my card. it is the same card i used for purchasing premium account. dlc is free so i don't know why it asks my credit card data and why it cannot process my credit card data when i enter them.

any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @Ubica_bez_Lica ,

Yes something is clearly not working as intended for you there, because you should never even get to the point of the license server system to ask you for any credit card information for these free extensions to the game!

Most important and a hard demand for this to work is however that you use the exact same Origin soldier account, when logging on and asking for this Legacy Operations download, as you used when obtaining the original Premium account for the full game.  Doing so and it will start the download of this game extension directly, and not going on to ask for any credit card information either.
