I tried;
installing the latest DX
right click/repair in origin
re-installing latest Nvidia gfx driver 331.65
still have error.
I was playing fine 7 hours ago, go to sleep, wake up and try to play, error.
wtf?
OK this helped me get past the error :
GO TO BF4 FOLDER OPEN _INSTALLER OPEN VC OPEN VC2012UPDATE3 OPEN REDIST THEN LAUNCH THE vcredist_x86.exe

Sorry my english.
1. go in c:/
2.windows
3.sistem32, rename the file msvcp110.dll in msvcp110.dll_1
4.go in origin game ----> BF4 game location:
Battlefield 4 Beta\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist. you will find vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe
run it and if u already install it before repare it. worked for me
5. remove "msvcp110.dll_1"

Everytime I attempt to play battlefield 4 multiplayer I get an error Saying: Invalid license. Reason Code = Missing DLL:[MSVCP110.dll Error:0x7E
How can I fix this?

This does not work! Please fix it!

OR just return the game as I just did. Browser startup, plugins that don't work, game licence problems, having problems updating game = bad quality.
Too bad EA insists on doing everything as painful as possible for us gamers..

So the game was working fine for me last night, try to play on the same server I was on last night and I recieve the following error:
http://gyazo.com/421e99b89c532e71f110b91b9477b701
The only thing that is different is that I updated my OS from Windows 8 to 8.1 over night. Not sure if that update would have messed with the files needed to run the game, but doing a repair install didn't solve the issue.
GPU: GeForce GTX 660M
CPU: Intel Core i5 @ 2.50 GHz
OS: Windows 8.1
nVidia driver version: 331.65
