go to ur BF4 game location:
Battlefield 4 Beta\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist. you will find vcredist_x64.exe
run it and if u already install it before repare it. worked for me

I have tried this as well and i still have the same error. Is there any update for a fix for this?
