Can't get China Rising DLC to work.

Hi, i've recently redeemed the China Rising DLC for Xbox 360, but when i go into the game and try to play the maps it tells me to download the DLC. I've deleted and redownloaded the pack 5 or 6 times now and the game just won't recognise that I've downloaded it, even though its shows the price as free so therefore knows I've previously bought it. The file is also in my hard drive so its definitely there.

I downloaded it 5 or 6 times and it told me to buy it again and I couldn't play it so I can you guys please fix this place
