Can’t connect to servers

On both battlefield v and battlefield 4 I can’t connect to any server. On V it says my bandwidth isn’t strong enough and on 4 it says you have lost connection to the server. Although I have a 16 latency and high performance network connection. Every single game I play works great besides battlefield v and 4
