Can't connect to ea severs. PLEASE ADVISE [ Edited ]

I'm on Xbox 360 and it was working fine last night but now it loads up says "can't retrieve battle packs" then when I load up my soikder or multiplayer, it says "can't connect to eat servers". Help me?? I've tried clearing cache and undowloading and re-downloading the title file but still hasn't worked
