Can't Access Premium Items [ Edited ]

For some reason despite owning Battlefield 4 premium, I can't access any premium stuff?  I have the premium battlepacks, but can't access the dog tags or camo or anything else.  It even says in the Battlelog that I have premium, right under my username, and I get the premium priority when joining a server.  I've tried reloading the page and even repairing my game install, yet nothing worked.  What's going on?  

I tried looking through threads here but only found solutions saying to contact support; but support just sent me back here

@Bratitude65 did you log in with the correct EA Account on the battlelog webbsite?

The game that you have on disk or digital.
And make sure that the version you own and the add-on are compatible with each other meaning that you do not buy an add-on compatible with the American version and the game that you have European.

What?  No I just have a digital copy on Origin.  I bought all the add-ons in the same purchase, there's no compatibility problem.

ive been having the same problem with accessing premium items. i play on xbox and have had all the packs and some items but i cannot use premium emblem stuff on battlelogs as well as access the some of the items in games then it says i have no premium even though i have ea access and premium bought as well as i got given it by my friend. if any help is given, itll be much appreciated
