Blue Screen of Death in Single Player mode

I have been playing the Single player campaign to unlock the weapons and yesterday for the first time I began suffering BSOD.  It happened 3 times each time after I lost control during part of the campaign.  memory dump was created but not sure what to do with those or who to send them too.

Just got bluescreen in campaign too, in mission where you are inside hangar
