Black screen on vehicles selection

When I'm on a server I want to use a jet. So I go on both options for jets. I'm playing on PS4 so I hold down on the left joystick and spam X until a jet spawns in when it dose I spawn in but I am just on a black screen.

This is very anoying I have to leave and join and loose my progress.

Anyone who can help plz reply!

Could you try to power cycle the console and see if it still happen @Tarq_Jr 

Power cycling the PS4 system to rectify the issue:

1. Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.
