Bf4 padlocked ps5

I bought bf4 years ago on release,

Even searching transaction history on psn I can see the date I purchased bf premium. However the game isn't available to download without paying and padlocked icon is there, even thou its in my game library,

I honestly played alot of bf4 I just want to get back on it in preparation for the new one coming.

I've restored licences and it's still padlocked for me. I've looked at all profiles connected with ea account my history is there from bf. But can't install without buying again.

Any help would be great.
